Welcome to FITgirl Cheer & Tumble!

We are excited to announce our newest program within the FITgirl family. FITgirl Cheer & Tumble is for everyone – regardless of skill level. Our programs instill leadership, accountability, integrity, confidence and self-esteem, all while having lots and lots of fun!

Why FITgirl Cheer?

FITgirl Cheer is not your regular cheerleading program! Our goal is to challenge every FITgirl inside and out.

1. FITgirl will not only teach young girls cheerleading and tumble techniques but also use this sport as a tool to build confidence and self esteem.
2. FITgirl cheerleaders will be taught everything they need to know to make their high school team regardless of their prior experience. Including motions, jumps, kicks, flexibility and choreography.
3. We encourage FITgirls to do a variety of activities! That is why we only have practice once a week! We want to leave time to for your FITgirl to play other sports and be involved in other extra curricular activities.
4. We want our FITgirls to turn into FITwomen. This why we also stress the importance of proper diet. We have a team nutritionist helping the girls understand how food fuels the body and help them develop lifelong habits.
5. Our Staff! FITgirl cheer staff is made up of passionate, dedicated experts in their field. 

MEET CHRISTA GILSON, FITGIRL CHEER DIRECTOR

Our first 6 week program starts November 7th and runs through December 12, 2015. We will start another 6 week program again in Jan 2016 after the holidays.  We will have one make-up day for all girls who miss a class during the 6 week program.
